Refund policy

Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of many products sold by Anoush Foodservice, all sales are generally considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged items and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Returns

Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from Anoush.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened food products
  • Clearance or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Refunds and Credits

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Anoush after review of the claim.

Shipping Issues

Anoush is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
